Jenny Norton

Jenny Norton grew up in Australia in the belief that if you got a good education, worked hard and got a secure job you would be right. She did this and worked in the IT industry for over 20 years. But it didn't feel right. After completing a Self Expression and Leadership program in 1999 she started coaching participants on subsequent programs. She loved doing this and found it inspiring to see others achieve their goals especially knowing she was contributing to that. During this time she has coached people to achieve goals that they had not thought possible, including returning to the full time work after a break of 10 years or more Founding a charity to bring about change in an area about which they were passionate. Getting freedom from events from the past and reconnecting with people to form a new relationship Changing career from the 'secure job' they were expected to have to the job that they love Identifying what is really important to them and bringing that into their lives to create the necessary balance between fulfilling their responsibilities and pursuing their dreams. She is now concentrating on coaching helping others to transform their lives.
